All Continental USA orders ship FREE via UPS Ground or USPS 1st Class delivery time depends on your location. In order to expedite your order many of our items ship directly from our designers to you. Depending on the items ordered, you may receive your order in more than one delivery. Your packing slip will state the status of the balance of your order, or you can log in to check the status of your order for details. If you need further assistance you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We try to answer all emails promptly, however, occasionally we need to contact the designer for delivery time so it could add to the time we respond. We will respond to your email within 1 - 2 business days.
USA Priority Shipping is $10.95 ( 2 - 3 days depending on delivery address and weather)*
USA Express Shipping is $28.95 (1 - 2 days depending on delivery address and weather)* Made to Order Items, Carriers & Large Bulky Items such as beds are exempt from Express Shipping.
Canada USPS International Priority Shipping is $28.95 (5 - 7 Business days depending on customs, weather and busy seasons)*
Canada USPS Express Shipping is $45.45 (3 - 5 Business days depending on customs, weather and busy seasons)*

Neiman Barkus Couture does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm your request and reach out with full return instructions, RMA# and the Return Address. Please do not return your order to the sender's address - the warehouse that shipped your order may not be the warehouse that will accept your return. Order will not be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number under any circumstance; this will be provided in your return instructions. This number is generated by the warehouse so that they may properly identify and process your return. If you are assigned a RMA number, make sure to clearly state the RMA# on the exterior of your package to avoid delays in processing.

Order will not be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number; this will be provided in your return instructions. Refunds are provided with considerations to the original outbound shipping costs as well as the restocking fee, if applicable. Customers are responsible for the original outbound shipping costs even if the cost was included in the product price i.e. free shipping or subsidized shipping.
You may cancel an order with Neiman Barkus within 12 hrs. If you order contains special order, custom order or personalized items, we can not cancel orders after 12 hours.
If your return is approved, a store credit will automatically be applied unless you request a credit to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically issued within 5 - 10 business days after the items is received. Refunds are provided with considerations to the original outbound shipping costs as well as the restocking fee, if applicable. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Due to our rapidly changing inventory, we recommend placing a new order online and sending the returned items back for a refund. If you would like to process an exchange or return, please contact us at email@example.com. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your defective or damaged product for the same item, please contact us. All returns/exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee. Because most of our products ship directly from the manufacturer, we are required to apply a restocking fee per manufacturer policy. Please review the product page or contact us for fees regarding specific products.
How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. The term "outside parties" does not include www.neimanbarkuscouture.com. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
